This class offers an upper level of riding focusing on understanding and trusting forward movement with more control, more speed and more safety under all circumstance.
Topics To Be Covered:
Hindquarter and shoulder control
Introduction to the back up and stopping with a soft feel
Soft lateral controls while giving to the bit
Maintaining lateral flexion and vertical softness
Smooth transitions at all gaits; walk, trot, lope
Riding with emphasis on staying on course/pattern
Introduction to body control
Understanding the active leg and leg yields
Identify left and right leads to departure on the correct lead
Introduction to counter-canter

*$15 a day Arena Fee, $15 a night for Stock Pen
*Hosted lunch for $5 per person per lunch
